Shipping is available worldwide and is FREE on all of our products.
My orders are shipping from different locations depending on where they are made and my suppliers.
Most of my products are printed and shipped by Printful. Printful is based in the US (America). They have fulfilment centres all over the world so depending where you order they will ship from the closest place to you so that your order can arrive quicker. Their fulfilment centres in Europe are located in Spain and Latvia. They also have fulfilment centres in the USA, Mexico, Canada, and partner facilities in Australia and Japan. They ship worldwide!

Notebooks, pins, magnets, postcards, good vibes collection stickers, and the affirmation card deck are shipped from my London apartment where me and my partner Ernesto pack them with lots of love and personal notes to you.
Estimate shipping times from London:
Western Europe in up to 2 weeks
Eastern Europe in up to 5 weeks
North America in up to 6 weeks
South America, Africa and Asia in up to 8 weeks
Australia in up to 12 weeks
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and if the product you purchase is being printed at a printer near you.
All orders are processed as soon as possible and shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving your order. Shipping costs include all postage and handling charges as well as any applicable tax.
International orders may be subject to import duties and/or customs excise. certain countries do in fact charge custom fees additional to your delivery fee.
We are unable to know for sure if this will happen to your package, as it varies with every order. You are responsible for the payment of these once your order arrives in your country.

I have seen some international packages take up to 2-3 months at this point. Please be patient, they usually show up! There have been major delays in some countries due to the pandemic. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Custom pieces are not refundable.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a photograph showing the damage within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will replace it.
If you wish to cancel or make changes to your online order, please contact email@example.com as soon as possible. We will do everything possible to accommodate you, however, if your order has already shipped, our standard returns policy will apply.
